By signing up for Rezivo ("Rezivo", "we", "us", "the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
1. The service
Rezivo is a software platform for barber shops and similar small businesses to manage bookings, staff, services, and customer communication.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access at rmacloen@gmail.com.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use Rezivo for anything illegal.
- Don't send spam, harassing, or fraudulent messages through our SMS system.
- Don't attempt to access other shops' data or break the platform's security.
- Don't resell or sublicense the platform to third parties without our written agreement.
Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
4. Subscription & billing
Rezivo is a monthly subscription. You start on a free trial (14 days for US, 30 days for India). To continue past the trial you must add a payment method.
Subscriptions auto-renew each month at the rate shown when you signed up. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the change won't apply to your current paid period.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access until then.

7. Service availability
We work hard to keep Rezivo running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary outages, maintenance windows, or third-party failures (Stripe, Razorpay, Twilio, etc.).
8. Your customer data
You own the data you and your customers put into Rezivo. We hold it on your behalf and process it only to provide the service. You can export or delete it anytime.
9. Our intellectual property
The Rezivo / Rezivo platform, its source code, design, and branding remain our property. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive right to use it; it doesn't transfer ownership.
10. SMS compliance
By using the SMS features, you agree to comply with applicable messaging regulations (TCPA in US, TRAI in India, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring your customers consented to receive texts from your shop.
11. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain unpaid. We'll give you a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue first.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active customers by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India for tenants in India, and the laws of Delaware, USA for tenants elsewhere.
