Refund Policy

We want Rezivo to be a no-risk way for shops to try modern booking software. This policy is short and intentional.

Free trial

Every new shop gets a free trial — 14 days in the US, 30 days in India. No card needed to start the trial. You only pay if you add a payment method before the trial ends.

First-payment refund

If you've never accepted a booking through Rezivo, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Email rmacloen@gmail.com from the email on your account, and we'll process it within 5 business days.

Ongoing months

Rezivo is a monthly subscription. Once a billing month has started, that month is not refundable — even if you cancel partway through, because you've had access to the platform for that period.

When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the month you've already paid for. We won't bill you again.

Service interruptions

If Rezivo is significantly unavailable for an extended period due to an outage on our side (more than 24 hours in a billing month), email us and we'll credit your account pro-rata for the affected days.

Disputes

Please contact us first before raising a chargeback. We try to resolve issues directly — it's faster for you and avoids fees on both sides. Email: rmacloen@gmail.com.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method (the card you paid with). Bank processing may take 5-10 business days after we issue the refund.
