Privacy Policy

Rezivo ("we", "us", "Rezivo") provides booking and shop-management software to barber shops and similar small businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's protected.

1. What we collect

Shop owners (our customers): name, email, phone, shop name and address, payment method (held by Stripe / Razorpay — we never see card numbers), usage data.

End customers (your shop's clients): first name, last name, phone number, and the booking details they provide. Email is optional.

We do not collect government IDs, social security numbers, or financial account numbers.

2. How we use it

  • Run the booking platform — schedule appointments, send SMS confirmations and reminders.
  • Bill subscriptions via Stripe (US) or Razorpay (India).
  • Improve the product — anonymized usage analytics.
  • Reach you about billing, security, or material changes to the service.

3. Who we share it with

  • Stripe / Razorpay — payment processing.
  • Twilio — SMS delivery (your customer's phone number is shared to send them their confirmation/reminder).
  • Our hosting provider — to operate the servers that run Rezivo.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train any third-party AI model.

4. Data retention

Active account data is retained as long as you're a customer. If you cancel, we delete personally-identifying booking data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records on invoices).

5. Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your data anytime by emailing rmacloen@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Card details never touch our servers — Stripe and Razorpay tokenize them at their end.

7. Children

Rezivo is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

8. Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll notify active customers by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
